To enter the "Your Door to an Epic Summer Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes"), you must agree to and abide by these official rules ("Official Rules").
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
WINNER MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL FROM AUGUST 15 – AUGUST 18, 2024 FOR PRIZE TRIP AND HAVE A VALID U.S. PASSPORT AT TIME OF ENTRY; IF WINNER IS UNAVAILABLE ON SUCH DATES OR DOES NOT HAVE A VALID U.S. PASSPORT AT TIME OF ENTRY, THE PRIZE WILL BE FORFEITED.

3. ELIGIBILITY:The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia who meet all of the following criteria: (a) must have a DoorDash account in good standing at time of entry; (b) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older) ("Entrant"); and (c) have a currently valid U.S. Passport (as per Section 8) at time of entry. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors [including Dashers as well as brand ambassadors/influencers], and interns) who have, within the past six (6) months, performed services for Sponsor, Administrator, DJE Holdings, Inc., any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising, or promoting the Sweepstakes and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and successor companies (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Parties"), and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not. Potential winners must provide proof of U.S. residency (including but not limited to U.S. Passport) upon request prior to prize award. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY:For eligible individuals, the Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time ("PT") on June 20, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT, on June 26, 2024 ("Sweepstakes Period").
For purposes of these Official Rules, all times are Pacific Time. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
DashPass Members Online/In App Entry: To enter via this method, you must (a) be a current DashPass member, (b) login to your DoorDash account either online (https://doordash.com) or via your DoorDash app, (c) create your DashPass order that (i) includes an item from the Summer of DashPass category and (ii) is from a DashPass merchant as identified on DoorDash ("Order"). Upon submission of your completed Order, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes ("Entry"). By submitting an Entry, Entrant is acknowledging and agreeing to these Official Rules. (For clarity, provided that the amount of the DashPass order meets the DashPass minimum subtotal requirement for a given DashPass merchant, the amount of the DashPass order will not improve or affect your odds of winning the prize in the Sweepstakes.) Order cannot be combined with any coupon, discount, offer or promo code. Entry will be void if (x) you are not a current DashPass member at the time you place your order, (y) order is initially accepted by Sponsor but later voided for any reason, or (z) if order is placed, does not meet the DashPass minimum subtotal requirement, or is from a non-DashPass merchant.

Email Entry Without DashPass Membership or DashPass Purchase: To enter without becoming a DashPass member or placing a DashPass order on DoorDash, send an email during the Sweepstakes Period to sweepstakes@doordash.com with "Your Door to an Epic Summer Sweepstakes Entry" in the subject line. In the body of the email, please state your name, email address and date of birth. Incomplete entries will not be valid.
While you do not need to become a DashPass member or place a DashPass order to enter via e-mail entry, you must have an active DoorDash account in good standing at time of entry. You can visit http://www.doordash.com or download the DoorDash app on a compatible device from the iTunes App Store or Google Play and create a DoorDash account with a valid form of accepted payment on file according to the instructions on the website/app. Please note that you must agree to the DoorDash Consumer Terms and Conditions available here (including without limitation Section 6 regarding User Accounts) in order to create an account.
Limit of one (1) Entry per person, regardless of method of Entry. Multiple entries and/or mass entry attempts may result in disqualification of all entries by Entrant and may constitute an act of fraud. Whether or not you place a DashPass order (and, if so, the DashPass merchant with whom the order is placed, and the items purchased via the order) will NOT improve or affect one’s chances of winning the prize in the Sweepstakes. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. Entries must be manually key-stroked by the Entrant; use of automated entry devices or programs, or Entries by third parties are prohibited. Entries that do not conform to or that violate these Official Rules or are submitted in any manner other than stated in these Official Rules will be disqualified. Proof of submission of Entry (including acceptance and delivery of DashPass order, if applicable) does not constitute proof of receipt of same. Receipt of online Entries may be acknowledged, but any such acknowledgment is in no way otherwise binding upon Sponsor or Administrator. By entering this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator and Sponsor, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
IMPORTANT: Data rates may apply if Sweepstakes entry is submitted via your mobile device according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges as well as charges for wireless Internet access) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers' rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on messaging/data rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes. Mobile device service may not be available in all areas. Check your device's capabilities for specific instructions.
5. RANDOM DRAWING/SELECTION OF WINNER/ODDS: One (1) potential winner ("Winner") will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period in a random drawing, on or about June 28, 2024. The drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization/administrator whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone on or about July 2, 2024. Potential winner must still have an active DoorDash account (and, if they entered via DashPass order, an active DashPass membership) in good standing at time of winner notification. Failure to respond to the initial notification e-mail within twenty-four (24) hours after transmission to the potential winner or return of the e-mail notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts will result in disqualification and award of the Prize may go to an alternate winner (time permitting). Potential winner will be required to complete, sign and return within three (3) business days of transmission, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Indemnification, a Publicity Release where allowed by law, as well as other documents that Sponsor may require (collectively the "Prize Claim Documents"). Failure to return the completed and signed Prize Claim Documents within the indicated time period may result in disqualification, prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries received (time permitting).
In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any online/app entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the corresponding DoorDash account used to enter and such individual must comply with these rules. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
7. PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"):
One (1) Grand Prize ("Grand Prize"): Winner will receive a trip for themselves and up to three (3) guests to attend a concert performance of Sponsor’s choice in London, England on August 16, 2024 (the “Trip”). The Grand Prize Trip includes: roundtrip economy air travel from major commercial airport near winner’s residence ("Airport of Origin") to London, UK ("Destination City") (airports are of Sponsor’s sole choosing; flights may not be direct); three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations (up to two [2] rooms, double occupancy, room and tax only) at a Destination City hotel (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion); up to four (4) tickets to the concert in London, UK on Friday, August 16, 2024 ("Event"); ground transportation between Destination City airport and hotel.The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, or other tax obligations related to receipt of the Grand Prize. Trip is awarded subject to availability and other restrictions.
ARV of the Grand Prize: up to $25,000.00. The actual value of the Grand Prize awarded may vary depending on a number of factors, including point of departure, date, and fluctuations of rates and airfares (if applicable) at the time of travel booking. Therefore, the actual value of the Grand Prize awarded may be lower or higher at the time it is fulfilled. If the actual value of the Grand Prize is less than the stated estimated value, the difference will not be awarded.
IF WINNER IS UNABLE TO TAKE TRIP THURSDAY, AUGUST 15 – SUNDAY, AUGUST 18, 2024, PRIZE WILL BE FORFEITED IN ITS ENTIRETY WITHOUT COMPENSATION OF ANY KIND AND PRIZE WILL BE PROVIDED TO AN ALTERNATE AS PER SECTION 6 ABOVE, PROVIDED SUFFICIENT TIME REMAINS.
In the event the Grand Prize Winner is able to take the Trip, but the Event does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to inclement weather, cancellations, postponement, location changes, security considerations, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then Sponsor reserves the right to award an alternate prize component of comparable value instead of Event.
8. ADDITIONAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Specific seat location at Event is of Sponsor’s or its designees sole determination; Winner and guest(s) may not be seated together. Tickets to the Event are subject to terms and conditions of use as indicated thereon/provided therewith as well as venue restrictions. Ticket privileges are provided to Winner and guest(s) pursuant to a revocable, non transferable license that is personal to Winner/guest(s) and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated, or otherwise conveyed. Attending Event constitutes agreement of Winner and guest(s) (if any guest is a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, their parent/legal guardian) to the terms and conditions of such tickets, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations as well as venue policies, including those intended to prevent the spread of COVID-19/Coronavirus (e.g., mask-wearing, provision of proof of vaccination, provision of proof of negative COVID-19/Coronavirus test). Event Tickets will be awarded in virtual, electronic form and, Winner must have a compatible mobile device in order for Winner and guest(s) admission to Event, in addition to complying with other restrictions/requirements of Event/venue. Once the tickets have been awarded and accepted by the Winner, Sweepstakes Entities shall have no further responsibility or obligation to Winner relative to Event.
Winner and guest(s) are solely responsible for obtaining any and all necessary travel documents (valid photo I.D. and/or U.S. passport [i.e., passport must be valid through August 19, 2024], credit card, etc.) before departure. Photo identification and valid credit card or cash deposit in appropriate amount may be required at hotel check-in for incidental charges (e.g., room service, use of telephone/IT services, laundry and all other optional extra services not provided in the Grand Prize). Winner and their guest(s) must travel together on specified itinerary, set by Sponsor, including same departure date, destination and return date or Prize may be forfeited in its entirety. Accommodations and travel are for up to four (4) persons sharing up to two (2) accommodations only. No additional guests are permitted to attend the Event or stay in the accommodations booked by Sponsor and/or Administrator even if Winner agrees to defray all costs in conjunction therewith. Once guests are selected by Winner, guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Sponsor, which may be withheld for any reason. Winner and guest(s) will not receive frequent flier miles, award points or other prerequisites ("perks") in conjunction with Trip. Trip cannot be extended. Winner and guest(s) assume the risk of any inherent or unforeseen dangers associated with travel.
Guest(s) must be at least five (5) years of age to attend Event. Guest(s) (if a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, their parent or legal guardian) must sign a Release and Indemnification and a Publicity Release (where allowed by law), prior to issuance of travel documents. If any guest is a minor, the Winner or one of the Winner’s other allotted guests must be such minor’s parent or legal guardian. If Winner elects to travel or partake in the Trip with no guest or fewer than three (3) guests, the Trip will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of travelers and no additional compensation will be awarded. Under no circ*mstances will the Winner receive tickets to Event in excess of the number of guests taking the Trip with them.
Winner and guest(s) must follow all instructions of Sponsor and its agents or designees for the Trip including but not limited to and attendance at the Event and, should Winner and/or guest(s) fail to adhere to such instructions or engage in illegal, unruly, obnoxious, harmful, disruptive or otherwise inappropriate behavior (as determined by Sponsor or any prize supplier in their sole discretion) ("Inappropriate Behavior"), Sponsor/prize supplier reserve the right, without further notice or warning, to remove a Winner and/or guest(s) from the affected component of Grand Prize (e.g., Event), or terminate the Trip altogether and/or take other actions as Sponsor deems appropriate in its sole discretion so as to protect its rights, without liability or other obligation to Winner and/or guest. Without limiting the foregoing, Winner and guest(s) must comply with rules and regulations regarding attendance at Event which may include, by way of example, agreeing to a search of their person and property, refraining from recording, silencing mobile devices while at Event. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize (again, without liability or other obligation to Winner and/or guest[s]).
Winner and guest(s) must at all times act in an appropriate, well-behaved and respectful manner during the Trip. Without limitation, Winner and guest(s) understand and agree that there may be certain travel risks as well as travel advisories in certain countries. By accepting the Prize, winner understands and accepts these risks. DO NOT TAKE THE TRIP UNLESS YOU ACCEPT SUCH RISK AND THE ATTENDANT DANGERS ASSOCIATED THEREWITH. In addition, Winner and guest(s) must follow all safety and other instructions, including but not limited to any laws/regulations or policies of the United States and United Kingdom (or any political subdivision of either Country) designed to prevent the spread of COVID-19/Coronavirus; such as, mask-wearing, social distancing, providing proof of negative COVID-19/Coronavirus test and/or vaccination against COVID-19/Coronavirus; as well as any mandatory quarantine should winner and/or guest(s) contract COVID-19/Coronavirus during the Trip.
Grand Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. No substitutions allowed, except as set forth in these Official Rules and at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a Prize/Prize element of comparable or equal (retail) value will be provided. If any element of Grand Prize is unused by Winner, no compensation or substitute prize will be awarded, and Sponsor and Administrator disclaim any and all liability in conjunction therewith. Winner and guest(s) further understand and agree that Sponsor has not obtained insurance of any kind for them relative to acceptance/use of the Grand Prize. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all other expenses related to their Trip not specified herein, including but not limited to: roundtrip transportation between Grand Prize Winner’s residence and Airport of Origin, airline baggage fees, meals, tips, souvenirs, taxes, travel insurance and hotel incidentals, Passenger Facility Charge or September 11th Security Fee in accepting air travel. Air transportation tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All air transportation tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages and schedule or route changes. The Sponsor and its agencies are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of Event or flight cancellation/delay.
All applicable federal, state and/or local taxes, as well as any other expenses not specifically included in the Grand Prize description are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize Winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the actual final retail value of the Grand Prize. Grand Prize Winner must furnish their social security number as requested in the Winner Documents. Grand Prize Winner further agrees to otherwise fully cooperate with Sponsor/Administrator as to their compliance with governmental tax-reporting requirements.
In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes promotional materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail and govern.
9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind affecting the Sweepstakes in any manner, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. In the event of any discrepancy between the provisions of these Official Rules and any marketing materials (including prize description), the provisions of these Official Rules shall prevail and govern. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond any Released Party’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (including entries or otherwise), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, whether or not the individual is a participant in the Sweepstakes, who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Sweepstakes and award Prize by means of a random drawing from among all non-suspect online/App eligible entries received and all eligible e-mail entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or otherwise in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of Sweepstakes will be posted on DoorDash's website and will be posted in app. No responsibility is assumed by any Released Party for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry or participation to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website/platform (including the app), or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. Failure of Sponsor or Administrator to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
Persons entering the Sweepstakes further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE, WEBSITE, APP OR PLATFORM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES VIOLATES CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT THE INDIVIDUAL IS A PARTICIPANT IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE USE OF PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
10. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, DJE Holdings, Inc., as well as each of their parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, partners and representatives and each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or travel, and/or acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of the Prize (or any portion thereof).
11. PUBLICITY GRANT: By entering, entrants also authorize the Sponsor, DJE Holdings, Inc., and their respective designees to use their name, voice, likeness, photograph, Prize information (if applicable), biographical data and city and state of residence in programming, advertising and/or promotional material or on a Winner’s list (if applicable) without further compensation, notification or permission, to the extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or materials but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor's, or DJE Holdings, Inc.’s, (as applicable) sole discretion, without obligation or compensation.
12. DISPUTES; ARBITRATION/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, orthe awardingof prize/determination of Winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of JAMS, then effective (notwithstanding the foregoing, entrant shall not be precluded from seeking relief in small claims court for disputes/claims within the scope of the jurisdiction of small claims court and any remedies available to entrant under applicable federal, state or local law remain available to entrant and are not waived pursuant to this section); (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circ*mstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket costs, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any and all rights to injunctive relief. The arbitrator hearing such dispute/claim/cause of action shall be neutral and the entrant will have a reasonable opportunity to participate in the selection of the arbitrator. Such arbitration will take place at a location near the entrant’s residence and the entrant has the right to an in-person hearing in the arbitration proceeding, if desired. The arbitration will allow for discovery and/or exchange of non-privileged information between entrant and Sponsor. Should an entrant initiate arbitration pursuant to this section, the entrant shall be responsible for JAMS’s fees to do so (approximately, $250), with all other costs of such arbitration being borne solely by Sponsor. If entrant is a California resident and Sponsor prevails in such arbitration, such entrant will not be responsible for Sponsor’s costs and fees in conjunction with the arbitration proceeding; BUT, IN ALL OTHER CASES, ENTRANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH COSTS/FEES IF REQUIRED BY THE ARBITRATOR’S RULING. For the avoidance of doubt, the requirement to arbitrate disputes pursuant to this section is reciprocal and binding both upon entrants and Sponsor. IN AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, YOU ARE GIVING UP YOUR RIGHT TO TRIAL IN A COURT OF LAW. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine of California or any other jurisdiction.
13. PRIVACY POLICY: Personal information provided in conjunction with Sweepstakes entry is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://help.doordash.com/consumers/s/privacy-policy-us?language=en_US.
14. WINNER’S LIST:For the name of winner, mail a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Your Door to an Epic Summer Sweepstakes, c/o Probability, P.O. Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559, for receipt by September 30, 2024
