Always seemed straight lolicon to me, but i haven't read the original or watched the anime, and i stopped reading the Murata manga too, so maybe she looks more like a grownass woman later on. Either way, eurgh.

I don't like the outfit myself but as a short person it's really annoying how everyone just assumes you are a minor just right out of the gate, honestly. Her body (not her clothing) is a body that's pretty standard for someone of my or smaller height.

I'm honestly not super familiar with OPM besides watching some of s1 back when that released, but as an outsider she never really looked like a child to me? She looks like a woman who is short.

The joke being that her sister looks older and mature but is only like 22-24 and clueless but she's the mature adult one but is not taken seriously by the main who just sees a kid when everyone else sees a short woman is kind of funny to me. Like, everyone in this manga is either trash, stupid, or both and that's been kind of entertaining.
I think the artist gets way too fan-service with her and makes her actually sus when she shouldn't have to be - the manga is a parody of shonen and the context of the sisters fits the parody status well (see the webcomic) but the artist is like "i know we're parodying this, but I mean, this gives me an excuse to draw some titillating stuff right? Right?"

Sometimes? Like, clearly they show her sometimes in a relatively small/chibi way that's absolutely a problem, and other times when Murata goes into hyper-detail mode, she is very obviously a short lady in her late 20s. The titillation is there either way though.

They are not attracted to her in universe, but she is sometimes drawn in a suggestive nature.
